Infrastructure Contributing to Our Success
We have three highly productive well equipped plants.
Perindesam plant, spread across a wide area of 532 acres, is equipped with an infrastructure which can produce almost 400TPH. 7000 MT of fine and coarse aggregates are produced every day. The demands of the construction business are duly met as the EC capacity is about 9.311 million tons per year.
The high capacity 5 Stage crushing plant has been incorporated in the Kamandoddi Plant which is capable of producing aggregate of almost 150 TPH.Every need of T Sand and TP Sand are met by the high performing infrastructure of this plant.
Thorapalli Plant consists of extensive and robust infrastructure with latest equipment and an eminent in-house team. The five stage crushing plant in Thorapalli plant has the capacity of 150 TPH.
We attribute our consistent success to our Logistics Department. They thrive hard to provide excellent customer support and meet all the requirements of the customers.
In order to meet the regular demands of the market, we have deployed a fleet of trucks with an array of varieties and sizes. We have the best in house team executing tremendous coordination with the production team and the customers. We strive to automate the processes and use latest tools and systems to serve the customers.
Production Cycle of Thriveni Sand:
Thriveni sand is produced by a five stage process with the best machinery from METSO, Finland.
Primary Jaw Crushing
The Raw materials are collected from our Charnockite/ Granite Rocks and is sent to the Primary Jaw Crusher for Reduction of the Size.
Secondary Cone Crushing
The Best Part of Thriveni sand, its Cubical Shape, is obtained from the Tertiary Vertical Shaft Impactor. This Grounded Edge is the Main Advantage of the Sand for its Great Strength.
Vertical Shaft Impact (VSI) Crushing
After this Crushing, the Fine Material with Proper Gradation will be sent to the Fine Cone Crusher, while the Material which is not screened properly will be sent back for Accurate Crushing.
High frequency Screen (HFS)
The 3 Deck High Frequency Banana Screen in Each Crusher Ensures the Uniform Gradation and Distribution of Particles with Smooth Product Finish.
This is the Final Stage Where the Perfect Manufactured Sand with Accurate Gradation is obtained. The Raw Material from the Fine Cone Crusher is screened here efficiently and can be segregated into the Wet and the Dry Classifier. The Sand Particles with more than (-) 75 micron micro-fines, gets separated. The Sand Particles within the Measurement (+) 150 micron to (-) 4.75 mm will be the Fine Sand of the Market.
